Cordium is managed by a Global Operating Board who collectively have extensive experience in the professional services industry related to regulatory compliance, governance and risk. The Global Operating Board is assisted in managing the firm by Cordium’s Non-Executive Chairman of the Board.

Roger Siddle

Roger Siddle

Non-Executive Chairman, Cordium Group

Roger Siddle is Non-Executive Chairman of the Cordium Group.

Until March 2015, Roger was the Group CEO of Findel plc, a multi-channel retailer operating across the business-to-consumer and business-to-business marketplaces. There he led a successful turnaround of the business, with performance improved significantly and net debt materially reduced. Prior to Findel, Roger was Group CEO of BPP Holdings plc (one of Europe’s leading professional education providers) until its acquisition at a significant premium by the large US education business Apollo Group.

Roger also spent 17 years at Bain & Company, the global strategy consulting firm, leading the London office as Managing Partner from 2001-2007 whilst being an active member of the worldwide management team.

Roger is a Senior Advisor and member of the National Development Board for the NSPCC. He holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Bill Mulligan

Bill Mulligan

CEO, Cordium US and Cordium Software

Bill Mulligan is a member of Cordium’s Global Operating Board and the CEO of Cordium US and Cordium Software. Bill is the founder of HedgeOp Compliance (January 2001) which is the predecessor to Cordium US and Cordium Software. Bill has been a market leader and pioneer in the provision of pro-active, practical regulatory compliance consulting services and software solutions.

Prior to founding HedgeOp Compliance, Bill was an attorney in the Investment Management Group of Seward & Kissel LLP for almost six years.
Bill received a JD degree from Cornell Law School in 1995 and a BA from Boston University in 1991 and is certified as an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCPsm) by National Regulatory Service’s Center for Compliance Professionals. Bill is a frequent speaker at industry events and panels and has previously served as Chairman of the Board of Managers of the Alternative Investment Compliance Association.

Stephen Burke

Stephen Burke

Managing Director, Cordium EMEA

Stephen Burke is a member of Cordium’s Global Operating Board and the Managing Director of Cordium EMEA. Stephen is responsible for managing and developing the Cordium business within EMEA with a particular focus on supporting our larger client relationships.

Stephen has nearly 30 years’ professional services experience with considerable regulatory expertise covering authorisation, compliance conduct and prudential advice, enforcement and error remediation. Stephen also oversees the activities of our Mirabella business. Stephen joined Cordium in 2006 as Director of Consulting and was responsible for leading the development of our regulatory consultancy business.

Prior to joining Cordium, Stephen was Director of UK Investment Management Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Stephen has a BSc in Economics, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a member of the Prudential Advisory Group of the Investment Management Association.

Andrew Insley

Andrew Insley

Group CFO, Cordium Group

Andrew Insley is a member of Cordium’s Global Operating Board and the Group CFO of Cordium. Andrew is responsible for the Group’s finance and operations functions.

Andrew joined Cordium in October 2007 and its management board in April 2008 and is heavily involved with the running of the European, US and Asian offices and providing group oversight. Andrew led the business through a series of corporate transactions, including its acquisitions of HedgeOp LLC, Mirabella, HedgeStart Partners LLP, Sigma Partners LLP and Zodiac Advisory Services in Malta. In addition Andrew led the sale and management buy outs, originally of The IMS Group in November 2010 and most recently of Cordium in January 2015.

Prior to joining Cordium, Andrew trained in tax with Deloitte and has experience across a variety of different roles in finance and operations, both at blue-chip FTSE 100/Fortune 500 and small start-up companies.

Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales has a first class degree in International Management with French from UMIST, now part of Manchester Business School, University of Manchester.
