Andy is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with Deloitte in the Entrepreneurial Tax department. He left Deloitte in 2004 and extended his experience across a variety of different roles in finance and operations, both at blue-chip FTSE 100/Fortune 500 and small start-up companies. During this time Andy gained corporate and transactional experience in Head Office roles and was also involved in smaller start-up activity, principally with a finance and operations remit. Andy has a first class degree in International Management with French from UMIST, now part of Manchester Business School, University of Manchester.
Andy joined IMS in October 2007 and its Board in April 2008 and has subsequently lead the business through a series of corporate transactions, including the joint ventures of IMS Buzzacott and Mirabella Financial Services. Andy played a key part in the MBO of IMS in November 2010 and has been heavily involved in the Group’s three subsequent acquisitions of MMS-RSL, HedgeOp and IMS (US) LLC. He is responsible for the Group’s finance function.
Bill Mulligan is the Managing Partner and CEO of Cordium in the US. Prior to founding HedgeOp in 2001, Bill was an associate in the Investment Management Group of Seward & Kissel LLP for almost six years.
Bill received a JD degree from Cornell Law School in 1995 and a BA from Boston University in 1991 and is certified as an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCPsm) by National Regulatory Service’s Center for Compliance Professionals. Bill is a frequent speaker at industry events and panels and has previously served as Chairman of the Board of Managers of the Alternative Investment Compliance Association.
Stephen has nearly twenty-five years’ professional services experience, firstly as an auditor and then as a regulatory consultant primarily at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was director of their UK Investment Management Practice until 2006.Stephen has considerable regulatory experience covering authorisation, ad-hoc advice, enforcement and error remediation. He has a BSc in Economics and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
After leaving PwC Stephen joined IMS (now Cordium) as Director of Consulting, initially to lead the development of our regulatory consultancy business which he continued until the end of 2009. Stephen’s focus is currently on business development and he actively promotes our services to clients and other stakeholders. He still takes an active interest in our regulatory consultancy business supporting many of our larger clients and relationships. Stephen is currently a member of the Prudential Advisory Group of the Investment Management Association
Jeff is a Managing Director and Partner at Cordium US and serves on the firm’s Executive Management Committee.
Jeff oversees all of Cordium’s internal operations in the United States, including human resources, information technology, and administration. Additionally, he works with the due diligence research team to assist in product development, growth and marketing. Jeff has been with Cordium (formerly HedgeOp) since its inception in 2001 and is a part of the Executive Management team that works to direct the growth and development of all existing and new business of the firm.
Prior to joining the firm in March of 2001, Jeff worked at The US Trust Co., Chase Manhattan Bank and The Dreyfus Funds in various capacities within the client services and Mutual Fund custody divisions.
Jeff graduated with a B.A. degree in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University in New York in 1992 and earned a Master’s degree in Business Education from Pace University in 2009.
Jordan runs Cordium’s software division, and serves on the firm’s Executive Management Committee. Having joined the firm in 2003, Jordan is responsible for the advancement, growth and marketing of the firms global software offerings and oversees the operation of the development and client support teams. Jordan helped build the agile development environment that the software division uses and created the customer support program that has led to increased client satisfaction. Jordan actively participates in Cordium’s sales and marketing efforts, often spearheads internal firm projects and is a frequent guest author for industry publications.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Euromoney Institutional Investor, Plc. working with senior level executives in the New York and Canadian banking communities to plan and coordinate financial and legal training seminars.
Jordan holds a B.S. in Applied Economics Management from Cornell University.
Pat is a Managing Director and Partner at Cordium US and serves on the firm’s Executive Management Committee. In his role at Cordium, Pat leads the team that manages Cordium’s compliance consulting division and runs Cordium’s Boston office. In addition to maintaining client relationships and actively providing compliance support to Cordium clients, Pat is in charge of managing, supporting, staffing and training the consulting team members. Pat also participates in Cordium’s marketing efforts and is a regular speaker at industry events and panels.
Prior to joining Cordium in August of 2003, Pat served as Assistant Counsel for Baring Asset Management Inc., where he was responsible for general compliance oversight and legal support in the areas of product development, marketing and distribution. Prior to this, Pat worked for Scudder Investments with responsibility for various compliance functions within its retirement plan and trust departments. Pat received a JD degree from New England School of Law and a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross. Pat is certified as an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP) by National Regulatory Service’s Center for Compliance Professionals.
Alan joined Cordium in March, 2008 and currently serves as CFO overseeing financial strategy, management and reporting. Alan is a Partner at the firm and sits on the firm’s Executive Management Committee.
Prior to joining Cordium, Alan worked at Kellwood Company for over 13 years in a variety of positions within the finance and accounting organization. As Alan progressed through the years at Kellwood Company, his responsibilities included internal audit, accounting, as well as financial analysis. Alan graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington University in May 1992. Alan is a certified public accountant.
